Our commitment

EAAPass is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We continuously improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

This website strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

We regularly audit our own website using the same tools we offer to our customers — axe-core, Google Lighthouse, and Pa11y. Our most recent self-audit achieved a score of 100/100 with zero violations.

Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
  • ARIA landmarks and roles for assistive technology navigation
  • Skip-to-content link on every page
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for text)
  • Full keyboard navigability with visible focus indicators
  • Responsive design that works across screen sizes
  • Language attributes on all pages
  • Form labels associated with inputs
  • Reduced motion support for users who prefer it
  • Forced colours / high contrast mode support

Known limitations

While we strive for full conformance, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • PDF reports generated for paid users may have limited accessibility. We are working on improving PDF tagging.
  • Some auto-translated content (ES, FR, DE, IT) may contain inaccuracies.
